Hallmark was established in the late 1980s by Stan Peter. In 2010 Anne and Tom Peter reestablished Hallmark Realty to continue Stan’s legacy of quality service, proven results, and incredible integrity. Beginning 2021 Jennifer Moore will continue the legacy that the Peters have so strongly built. My goal is to continue the legacy that has been built and strive to always work in the interest of our clients and to give Hallmarks agents the tools and training to be able to be successful.

  • Jennifer has an extensive professional background in sales, management, and customer service.

    She is knowledgeable about the buying and selling process and always keeps her client’s best interests in mind.

    Her goal is to provide a stress-free experience for her clients. As well as provide real estate agents the opportunity to be able to shuffle family life, other jobs, and hobbies but still follow their passion in real estate with a flexible and affordable schedule.

  • As a lifelong West Side resident, my specialty is helping the local west siders find or sell their dream home. I have been in the real estate industry for over 25 years, in 2016 I decided my experience would be put to better use as a licensed Ohio real estate agent.

    By 2019, I became licensed in Indiana. I attribute my success to my parents who owned their own business, Harvey's Marine Service, they instilled the best work ethic imaginable in me. Prior to becoming a licensed agent, I owned Rohrer's Tavern, a staple of the west side too.

    More than 80 percent of my business is referrals, be it from satisfied clients, family, or friends of friends of friends. I am down-to-earth, easy to work with, patient and I have a passion for helping others.

  • Tom has 20 years of selling and marketing connected with West Shell and RE/MAX. Anne has 10 years of selling with RE/MAX. With our local customers in mind, the next step was to use this experience and to reestablish Hallmark Realty in 2010. Originally, Stan Peter (Tom’s father) started Hallmark Realtors in the late 1980s.
